We give you the full tour of our food storage, including what’s on our shelves, in the “fridge” and outside in the freezer, plus what supplies we store in our conex. Without the root cellar this year we faced the challenge of storing the majority of our garden produce inside our 320 sqft cabin. Canning, freezing, and air drying were the main methods of preservation we utilized this season.
