“Have a theory about Tartarian architecture all around the world: If you have seen the movie Doctor Strange, in that movie there is multiple scenes where the architecture of similar Tartarian designs start to become like fractals, using powers from other dimensions, maybe somewhere in the past this world intersected with other dimension Earth and this world wide Tartarian empire just appeared, maybe it’s an Angelic Heavenly design architecture that was stolen from Heaven by Prometheus. As above so below kind of thing. Just speculating here.“
